Is there a free tool like Acronis true image / etc? Something bootable I can clone one disk to another with? I need to grab something quick.
GParted is free and re-sizes well (slow, but works) - anything similar?

    - I assume you have a bootable BartPE or WinPE disk knocking around somewhere? If so, just stick driveimage... : cause&effect
