Medieval multiplayer mayhem is the order of the day in a new trailer for indie developer TaleWorlds' Warband expansion to its PC warfare action RPG Mount & Blade.

Arriving later in the year, Warband will add 64-player multiplayer with several modes, along with updated graphics, a new faction, and improvements to diplomacy and AI.

M & B surely has come a very long way - this is amazing. Really love those graphics and they still kept the simplified interface / controls / game play.

I played the Mount and Blade demo with the graphics mod, and the game was pretty fun, but it was really hard. The training where you have to block arrows with your shield was super-awesome and the mechanics are sweet but I always died immediately in the field.
