With GamesCom kicking off in Germany, EA has issued a new trailer for BioWare's sci-fi action-RPG sequel Mass Effect 2, due on PC and Xbox 360 in early 2010.

The extra planet missions are being elaborated on. Rotating the planet analyzing the surfaces from a space view before sending a landing crew. I just hope they work out a better control scheme for the Mako. That could really try ones patience. At least give an indicator where the front end is facing when zoomed in with the guns.

I really hope they actually spend more time on the non-talking game play portions of the game this time. The story was amazing once you got the end, no doubt, but the adventure to get there was about as exciting as the Half Life 1 monorail train ride.
