Nuclear/Giant explosion - check.
Humanity not really annihilated -check
Somber soliloquy guy - check.
Wasteland reference - check.
Mutants - check.
Sheriff who issues quests - check.
Then from 1:14 to 1:50 look like parts of Bioshock and HL2.
Acrobatic splicer like enemy from bioshock - check.
Big daddy like creature attacking character - check.
HL2 unavoidable car sequences - check.

iD have never had any more tricks than they started with. I was impressed by the first few hours of Doom III, because they.. well, copied System Shock and had some computer interactivity and audio logs lying around. Then that was abandoned in favour of copying what they achieved in the mid nineties.
