The Beatles: Rock Band Getting 'Sgt. Pepper,' 'Rubber Soul' as Downloadable Albums
by Nick Breckon, Aug 12, 2009 11:02am PDTBuried in a massive nine page New York Times article on The Beatles: Rock Band was the news that two more full albums are set to be released as downloadable content for the game.
The Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Rubber Soul" will join the already-announced "Abbey Road" as downloadable albums following the game's release, according to the article.
Also hidden in the article? This hilarious tidbit: "The Rock Band Network is so potentially consequential that Harmonix went to great lengths to keep its development secret, including giving it the unofficial in-house code name Rock Band: Nickelback, on the theory that the name of the quintessentially generic modern rock group would be enough to deflect all curiosity."

If paid that's bullshit. If free, kudos to them.
I'm still pissed off they're not allowing export, and thus will be passing this up.
