Bionic Commando, Rearmed Bundled on Steam

14
Capcom today added the newly-released Bionic Commando and the previously-released Bionic Commando Rearmed to Steam.

Bionic Commando and Rearmed are available for $40 and $10 respectively, or for $45 as a convenient bundle. Bionic Commando Rearmed, the 3D remake of the original Bionic Commando, was originally set to hit Steam during its launch last August. The game was pulled from the service at the last minute, with Capcom saying it was "unable to reach mutually agreeable terms with Valve on BCR."

But.....ARG. Oh whatever. :( So now I have a copy with limited installs while a perfectly good steam version exists. I see myself buying it again.

But you guys had to have known this was always gonna happen, right?

Hopefully peeps with retail copies can sell them/trade them in, those with the 'crap' digital copies are s.o.l.

What? I bought it back when it first came out. How did I know this would happen? I waited till the last minute when they kept promising steam, then they said it wouldn't happen. Considering how long it's been I'm kinda glad I didn't wait.

Well they released on /every/ other digital platform on release day. These days its utter suicide not to do a Steam release if you want to succeed away from retail.

It was always gonna happen, just a matter of when.
