Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 3 Pictured

6
Expansions to Call of Duty: World at War have been quite popular, so it's no wonder that Treyarch is pumping them out at a steady pace ahead of Modern Warfare 2's release.

The company is releasing a third map pack in August, a download planned to include three multiplayer maps and one level for the title's zombie mode. Today's screenshots include a look at the aforementioned multiplayer maps, with one image captured from Battery, Breach and Revolution.

No info on a PC release or the pack's price has been announced, though we're guessing "eventually" and "$10," respectively.

This is getting pretty bad for the consolers. Although I guess they are used to paying for small amounts of content within the 'Live' framework.

I could care less if they have to pay. Pc gamers get screwed on most games out there. So yeah we get free updates but we also lose out on alot of other stuff. And IMO FPS were meant to be played on a computer not some shitty two joystick controller.

Haha, so many elitist PC assholes. I used to play FPS games like Battlefield 1942 and 2 on my PC before the technical problems got too stupid. (BF2 with patches got punkbuster errors, crashes, freezes ,ridiculously often).

Oh, and now I can't stand using the mouse and keyboard, clicking things to death is retarded. Doesn't feel like aiming a gun at all, it feels like I'm clicking on a frigging weblink.

He's hardly an elitist PC user when he can point out what we're missing out on as well..

Yeah, because twiddiling your thumbs on a joystick is so much more like aiming a gun.

To be fair the Xbox 360 'trigger' is more gun like than a mouse click indeed. But I am the opposite and can't stand using a controller just because I feel like im disabled when it comes to aiming properly. Yes you may argue its because I suck but the more astute would argue that mouse and keyboard will perform better when skill or training on the respective controls is the same.
