Battlefield 1943 is surprisingly fun. I'm sure I'll get more out of playing with Shackers on the PC, but flying in particular is clearly well-suited to the 360 controller.

UK Win7 pre-orders available now. Much cheaper if you order now than wait. If you want Professional, check out eBuyer (£80) and Amazon (£90) to save a bit of money. Home Premium is £45 on Amazon which saves you a fiver, too.

    I was going to leave my laptop running Vista as a test machine but, fuck it, I want the new shiny shiny on all my machines. I can test code on Vista using a VM or an old PC.
