Marvel vs. Capcom 2's series of showdowns continues with a duel between Resident Evil's Jill Valentine and Storm of the X-Men across screenshots and three new trailers.

The downloadable enhanced fighter re-release hits Xbox 360 on Wednesday, July 29 for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), with the PlayStation 3 release date to be "announced soon."

The action continues inside with oodles of zombies and lightning bolts.

    Can't wait.

    I was just pondering, any reason why MvsC2 was not ported to the PC? Or is it the common mentality that PC gamers can lick our balls, we don't want your money. Just like SF HD 2 was not on the PC either.

    One would think with GOG, Steam, D2D, Impulse etc an easy $15 is to be made. I am sure many PC owners would plunk down $15, no?

    All well... I guess at least it coming out at all and I should be happy...

      I bet they'd consider it if SFIV sales for PC are actually significant. The time to port and more importantly test isn't insignificant, especially when not only how much they'd make (covering costs) needs to be evaluated, but also whether they'd make more with the same team doing a different release.

      Because the vast majority of fighting games developers are Japanese, where consoles are king.
