Writer Hired for Hitman Film Sequel
by Nick Breckon, Jun 24, 2009 3:34pm PDTA sequel to the film adaptation of Hitman is in production, according to a new report by movie site IESB.
Writer Kyle Ward, also attached to the Kane & Lynch adaptation, is handling the script for Hitman 2. Producers Adrian Askarieh, Daniel Alter and Chuck Gordon will return.
The original Hitman was released in 2007, with Deadwood veteran Timothy Olyphant in the starring role. Despite dismal reviews, the film eventually raked in $99.9 million at the box office.

To be honest, I think it was just Timothy Olyphant. Absoloute worst choice of actor ever. He just came across as really camp whenever he did/said anything.

My favorite part of the movie was the part with the kids playing a video game when 47 jumped through the window.
