SOF Patch Details

* Fixed crash in DM when getting killed by standing over a flaming body
* Fixed crash in DM for Arsenal caused by weapon switching / inventory bug
* Added a check for invalided saved game files in the menu code
* Changed the "Error during Initialization" dialog to report the specific error
* Added view height change for MOF
* Fixed a bug in detection of remote IP address for systems with multiple IPs
* Circumvented W2K bug in SetProcessWorkingSetSize(). This call would basically not allow various GL implementations to initialize under W2K. Removed the call to that function.
* Re-organized CD copy protection
* Made it so that the winsock error WSAECONNRESET doesn't drop you to the console during DM server browsing
* Fixed problem where people had difficulty connecting to servers
* Fixed an issue with spectator mode
* Fixed an overflow issue with demo playback
* Fixed CTF issue with force join
* Added "ainame" worldspawn over-ride to specify the enemy set for user mods
* Added a "-nostart" command line option, so that dedicated servers won't automatically start dedicated.cfg
* Added GameSpy server registration support
* Fixed irqctf1 where players could get in bad spots

1. 'Bouncing' dead bodies in the singleplayer game.
2. Dead enemies clipped outside of the wall/door.
3. Dead enemies weapons stranded in walls, stuck in midair.
4. Is the crosshair dot inaccurate, or is it just me?
5. Dead enemies weapons fade too quickly.
6. The hardened rotating guns don't turn the crosshair dot red.
7. Sam Gladstone looks like Jerry Garcia and sounds like George Carlin.

1. The flamethrower. I drop the shotgun to make room for the flamethrower in the SUD levels, and use the flamethrower until there's no more ammo. Now I want to drop the flamethrower and pick up a shotgun, but I can't select the flamethrower when I hit the corresponding Select Weapon button. Problem: I can't add the shotgun to my inventory because the flamethrower's still occupying a weapon slot, but I can't drop the flamethrower because it won't switch.
