More Games to Use Tony Hawk: Ride's Skateboard

Tony Hawk: Ride developer Robomodo is planning more games to make use of its motion-sensitive skateboard, president Joshua Tsui has told VideoGamer.

"We look at it less as a peripheral, as more of a platform," said Tsui. "We want to make sure that people have a good return on their investment so there are many games that are planned." GameSpot has listed Tony Hawk: Ride at $120, skateboard included.

"The obvious ones are snowboarding and surfing and such, but there are a lot of games that can be used with this board, and we're really excited to start working on those."

Tony Hawk: Ride is set for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii this fall.

I'll be interested to see when people tire of having to contend with so many new peripherals. Between the music games, wii and motion addons, our living rooms will be cluttered really quickly.

Don't forget the SFIV Tournametn Edition Stick (which I also own :( ) That thing is probably slightly smaller than this "platform"
