El Presidente can issue a rousing address from the palace balcony, or step outside and wander the island paradise on foot or cruise in a limo. Hands-on rulers can inspect buildings, hurry construction along, soothe protests and even grab a gun to fight rebels.
Published by Kalypso Media, Tropico 3 is released on PC this September.
