LittleBigPlanet's Shadow of the Colossus Sackboys
by Chris Faylor, Jun 09, 2009 7:55pm PDTYesterday, LittleBigPlanet developer Media Molecule clued us into the Team ICO downloadable content for its physics-driven PlayStation 3 platformer, promising "costumes, stickers and sound effects" inspired by Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
Following through on the Ico and Yorda costumes, the studio has now unveiled three Colossus costumes, featuring protagonist Wander plus foes Quadratus and Gaius. Quadratus even features a tiny (presumably static) rendition of Wander on his arm, who is no doubt looking to drive a blade into the beast's glowing weak point--how cute!
The whole of the Team ICO-LittleBigPlanet DLC arrives in the PlayStation Store on Thursday. Pricing details aren't yet available. Such content is traditionally sold in a bundle, with "premium" costumes usually sold individually at around $1.99 a pop.
