Well, down here at the big Quake3 tournament and we've been pushing through the FFA rounds getting things in line for the 1on1 part of the event. You can follow the status of the scores and demos here on NetGames. The winners of the FFA rounds so far have been: Cujo-r3v, D|S-Nido, BONE.FH, 4ReVeNaNt, and specie. Got a bunch of pictures of the event and players as well, but being the super-genious that I am those wont get posted till late tonight when I get home to get it all organized. They are coming though, honest!

  • I don't use an aimbot! I have only one redeeming quake skill set(UT skill, Kingpin skill, etc) and that is my aim and reflexes.

Like the one guy pointed out, I never strafe... I don't even know how. I wouldn't call my movements newbie-like because I promise you I win more games than I lose, whether anybody cares to believe that or not. Being able to strafe is an over-rated skill in my book.

And my demos make my movement look messed up, unnatural and jerky and I think it's because I didn't have enough RAM or something to record a proper demo. When I play it's much smoother... it's not really a good perspective of what it's like when I play. I just bumped my RAM up to 256mb so maybe future demos will look smoother from a movement point of view.

Anyway, I'm gonna go whack some more people online with my aimbot and newbie-like skillz. That's what I get for trying to be l33t! :(
