Assassin's Creed 2 Dated For November 17

There wasn't a whole lot of interesting news out of the Ubisoft E3 press conference, but the French publisher did announce that Assassin's Creed will be released November 17. Previously, the company maintained a "holiday" release window.

Below is the E3 trailer for the game, introducing the 15th century Italy setting

All of you are dumb ass squirts. AC the original was one of the best games of all times. This one is going to be an amazing sequel. Probably end up being a game of the year along with modern warfare 2. Whoever says its boring and repetative is a straight up moron. Fucking dumb ass children. AC is a work of art. And stop crying about the gun because eventually the game will transform into modern age because the guy on the animus being investigated by the doctor is also an assassin. We will in AC3 or AC4 be jumping around cars and climbing skyscrapers. Little rookie cocksuckers dont know a good game when you see it.. Really if youre a fucking retard dont comment.

Ironically enough I just loaded up AC yesterday. I really like that game -- there's something so satisfying about running a dude through and then instantly attacking another soldier. And it's even more satisfying when one takes out 4 dudes in under 20 seconds.

I hope this new game has a better flow to the running/ jumping/ climbing. The start-stop jerkiness of AC is kind of annoying -- I just want him to flow over obstacles like they are hardly there.
