While Tropico 2 took a detour into pirates, Tropico 3 returns to the series's roots--where players governed a banana republic and risked deposition or invasion if their politicking, construction or management skills were below par, but could oppress dissidents.
Published by Kalypso Media, Tropico 3 is scheduled for release on PC in September.
