Kojima Teaser Site Updated with Metal Gear Solid Character Big Boss
by Nick Breckon, May 26, 2009 10:43pm PDTThe website teasing Kojima Productions' next project was updated today with a picture of the Metal Gear Solid character Big Boss, apparently confirming an upcoming Metal Gear-related announcement from the company.
The site had previously featured only a countdown overtop an animated thunderstorm. The first countdown ended last week, only to reveal a new countdown to the widespread consternation of Metal Gear fans. Speculation as to whether the lightning is a reference to Metal Gear character Raiden, and as to the meaning behind the site's mysterious letters and numbers, continues to run rampant. Leaked scans from Famitsu show that Raiden will likely be featured on the site before the current countdown ends.
The clock runs for another 112 hours, or until 6pm EST on Sunday, the eve of this year's E3 conference.

It's people who think like this that hold games back. "You have a vision, and you think you can deliver it well, so that means you have an ego." Let me clue you in. People like Uwe Boll that turn out crap and yet praise themselves.. THAT'S an ago. Metal Gear Solid 4 was VERY well received by reviewer and almost unanimously by gamers everywhere. In all due, honesty, if you think metal gear solid was a terrible game, then you, sir, simply need to play more games out there, because 80% of games out there don't have half the creativity or visual power that MGS4 packs.
It seems like no matter how amazing something is, there is always a few people that condemn it as the anti christ.
