Red Faction: Guerilla PC Delayed

26
The PC edition of Red Faction: Guerilla has been officially delayed nearly three months beyond the console release, according to publisher THQ. Retail listings for the title had marked the PC version of the shooter for an August 25 release as early as late April. The title is currently scheduled for a June 2 release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

While THQ was at first reluctant to respond on the issue, the company today confirmed the delay, saying: "The PC sku will ship a bit later then the consoles, during this summer."

If this is by the same guys who made the Saints Row 2 Pc version, I am not looking forward to it. :(

They've hired a separate company to help with the PC version this time around responding to the comments concerning SR2 on the PC, apparently.

saints row 2 was also done by a different company, and was and still is one of the worst ports ever.

It's not the same "different company".

it was cd projekt red that did the SR2 port. and given how shitty witcher ran right out of the gate, i dont know why anyone would think theyd do any better porting code that wasnt theirs to begin with but... who knows, i can only assume they were the low bidder for the project or something.

Er, CD Projekt never had anything to do with SR2.

yep. its right there in the credits, in game, on the box, and in the manual.

dont mention it on the official forums though... unless you want your post deleted.
