Early Trailer for Team Ico's 'Project Trico' Leaked?

Looks fantastic.

Saying that, with the power of the new hardware, I was secretly hoping for something a bit more Shadow of the Colossus. Considering what they managed to do with a ps2, the kind of scale they could pull off with ps3 hardware would be something special.

That music was fucking incredible. Holy shit, FLOORED!

This game was one of the reasons I sold my PS3 for a 360 a while ago. Looks like it's not going to disappoint. Wow.

cool, its obviously like they said a blend between shadow of the colossus and ico. you play the little boy, instead of fighting the big monster you cooperate with it.

i have no doubt this is in engine on the ps3. its missing shadows, some of the details dont quite look great (kid's skin is just a single color shader, no texture), but the animation is superb. team ico does not do prerendered cutscenes, and the visuals are in line with the graphics from their previous games. kid in ico was also using a single color shader for his skin, it would seem they're going for a certain look/style with this but its just not quite evolved yet.

this really shows how well their collision/physics and character interaction tech has come along. there's no sign of any precision issues, the characters move against each other and the world better than i would've expected.

That looks so awesome. I hope that really is that team's next project.

Whatever these guys put out will make me buy a PS3 and that footage looks absolutely outstanding.
