Dawn of War 2 Support Continuing with 1.4 Patch

5
Developer Relic has announced that it is already "hard at work" on a 1.4 patch for Dawn of War 2, which will include "many bug fixes, a balance update, new maps, and some awesome new features."

In addition, a 1.3.2 patch for the game will be out tomorrow. The continuous support is part of Relic's plan to improve its patch pipeline over the original Dawn of War. The 1.3.2. patch notes follow:

  • Adjusted the Orbital Bombardment ability to increase damage. Outer radius increased to 150 from 100.
  • Fixed an issue in the campaign where one point was getting auto-allocated at level-up if the player resumed an old campaign.
  • Made changes to the Mekboy mines. The mines now do drastically less damage and suppress infantry.
  • Adjusted lighting on 6P Tiber Outpost.
  • Fixed an issue where Guardian squads would switch to melee stance if upgraded with a Warlock, then with Battle Equipment.
  • Regenerated AI tuning data.

It's nice that they are supporting DoW2, but hey, they could care a little more about those who bought CoH!.

After waiting for more than one year for the patch that would finally fix the big bugs and imbalances, they fucked up royally with 2.502. And we're still waiting for the fix!. It's been more than one month and the game is totally imbalanced!

Those were an awesome 4 days of CoH

Then the expansion with its patch hit and Relic shit all over the game with nary a peep still. I want to like Relic but I can't with how they treat their userbase
