City of Heroes 'Going Rogue' Expansion Announced
by Nick Breckon, May 12, 2009 12:02pm PDTThe second expansion to City of Heroes, "Going Rogue," was announced today by developer NCsoft.
The update will add the world of "Praetoria," a parallel universe where players can switch the alignment of their characters. As players complete "clearly marked missions," a new alignment system will track a hero or villain's morality, which will eventually change the character's moral status.
"For years, players could choose between playing as a hero or a villain," said Paragon Studios general manager Brian Clayton. "Now we will present a third, malleable path where players can be affected by the results of their actions, enabling them to further develop, unveil new perspectives, and overcome new challenges."

Is this on Steam now? Can I put my key on Steam and add the game to my account without rebuying?

But every time I think about getting back into CoH/CoV I remember my oh-so-carefully tuned enhancement slotting and how it is sure to be out of whack by now, with all the changes that they've made to powers and enhancements. I don't want to re-learn how to slot effectively for my playstyle, but if I didn't it would bug me.
So in the end I never re-sub. :-)
