Rock Band Country Track Pack Announced

Slip on your snakeskin boots and grab yer Stetson, 'cause Harmonix has announced the rootin' tootin' standalone retail Rock Band Country Track Pack. Yeehaw. Partner.

Aside from encouraging silly country talkin', the Country Track Pack offers 21 tracks from country artists including Kenny Rogers, Shania Twain, Steve Earle and the Dixie Chicks.

While previous Track Packs--AC/DC Live aside--compiled existing Rock Band DLC, Country brings many new tracks to Rock Band which Harmonix says will be exclusive to the Country pack "for a limited time" before being released as downloadable content.

The Track Pack is playable standalone, but Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 purchasers will also receive a voucher code to add the songs to their Rock Band or Rock Band 2 library.

The Rock Band Country Track Pack will be available in stores for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS2 and Wii from July 21, priced at a boot-stompin', rib-eatin', line dancin' $30.

8. Kenny Rogers - The Gambler

9. Lucinda Williams - Can't Let Go

10. Martina McBride - This One's For the Girls

11. Rascal Flatts - Me and My Gang

12. Shania Twain - Any Man of Mine

13. Steve Earle - Satellite Radio
