HanbitSoft Reviving Flagship's MMO Mythos
by Nick Breckon, May 07, 2009 11:26am PDTKorean publisher HanbitSoft, the company that ended up with the rights to the properties of former developer Flagship Studios, today announced that it is continuing development on Flagship's popular Diablo-esque MMO Mythos.
"Many gamers have been worrying and wondering about Mythos, but they don't have to worry now," said HanbitSoft CMO Yoora Kim in a release. "We are doing our best to develop the game globally popular."
The company also pointed to a recent developer blog on the game's new Korean site, which includes comment from a mysterious developer referred to only as "Alboos."
"Mythos is currently in a good condition where it's being reconstructed," wrote Alboos. "We are trying to keep the strengths that it used to have, and strengthen them even more to make more suited as an online game."
