Following yesterday's teasing Red Dead Redemption screenshots, Rockstar San Diego has released a rootin' tootin' trailer for its upcoming open-world sandbox western.

Red Dead Redemption pulls its pistols on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this fall.

I know this isn't hard new or anything, but trailers are inanimate; they can't really do anything.

Headlines are a pain in the ass though, and I can imagine writing a headline about the release of a trailer could be even more of a pain in the ass.
