Lost Planet 2 Trailer Summons Colossal Beast

In this post-Shadow of the Colossus world, I'm a bit bummed that we haven't seen more giant boss fights that encourage climbing some mammoth foe to find their mythical weak spot . Thankfully, it looks like Capcom's going to fix that with Lost Planet 2.

Sporting four player online co-op in addition to single-player, Lost Planet 2 is due out on Xbox 360 no later than March 31, 2010, with a downloadable demo coming around June. PC and PS3 versions are possible, Capcom has said, but no idea when.

Is there a misprint in there somewhere? Demo in June 2009, and game in March 2010? That's about 10 months difference. I've never heard of a game having such a massive lag time between demo and retail.

Other than that, this looks great, but I refuse to believe the final graphics will look that good.
