Champions Online Trailer Shows Spider-Man Swinging

This is a Champions trailer I can get behind. Ever since Treyarch's Spider-Man 2, I've come to appreciate a solid slinging mechanic. While I haven't personally demoed this feature in Cryptic's game, it's certainly a fresh idea for an MMO ability--though it does definitely look better when there are actual buildings around to swing from.

Champions Online hits the PC sometime later this year, with an Xbox 360 release expected later on.

It's a shame the Atari logo brings the game down 10 notches. I really hope the game is good despite their publisher.

Is it just me? Or does it look like it's improperly implemented, I know you can't really grab something in all environments, but I don't think you should be able to just grab the invisible helecopter above you, meh, wasn't going to use it anyways (should I play at all).

Shouldn't this really be titled "Man-Spider" or "Spiderlike-Man" or "Spidered Man" or "Spyder Man" or something else that clear implies Cryptic isn't appropriating intellectual property? Or maybe I'm being too cautious?
