F.E.A.R. 2 PC Patch Released With Toy Soldier Escort

The F.E.A.R. 2 patch 1.03 for PC has been released, available now on FileShack. What do toy soldiers have to do with a game patch? Watch on and all shall be revealed.

As well as adding the three new Toy Soldiers multiplayer maps, the patch fixes minor multiplayer issues and improves AI pathfinding. The full changelog follows:

Added Toy Soldiers multiplayer maps
Fixed some AI path finding errors
Fixed the way the Leaderboard counted wins/losses for Blitz games
Team is notified when an EPA comes online

The multiplayer in this game is good - But if I recall, there are no dedicated server files. So it pretty much sucks for PC players.

Even though I didn't much care for FEAR2 but I loved FEAR1 I am very pleased to see the developers still giving the PC some love for giving us the map pack for free. I'm sure the game sold fairly well for PC since FEAR1 was originally a PC exclusive, giving a free map pack can only increase sales for them!
