    Teen action games tend to sell less than mature action games. Strange business decision on their part.

      I'm sure the bigwigs look at it like, "If we put it at a Teen rating we are hitting this demographic which has X amount more than Mature which has Y amount."
      They don't really understand that watering down games doesn't necessarily make more people want to play them.

        Yeah I guess. Movie tie in might be an exception, I should do some research. Perhaps movie tie ins that are action games won't do well if they are mature if you assume the only people buying movie tie in games are much younger/parents.

        Still when you look at the leaders of the pack in action, they tend to be mature.
