Only thing i'm worried about is whether or not being stuck in Arkham the whole time will get dull. Perhaps a sequel will throw you out into the wilds of Gotham?
Also it remains to be seen whether or not the actual story mode of the game will be as (potentially) exciting as this challenge mode.
