Shack PSA: Far Cry 2 $15 on Steam Today
by Chris Faylor, Mar 26, 2009 4:28pm PDTAs Ubisoft and Valve's week of one-day Steam discounts continues, the duo are now offering up a download of Far Cry 2 PC for $14.99--50% off the usual asking price.
Released this past October, Ubisoft Montreal's open-world first-person shooter has players taking missions in Africa whilst trying to fight off a nasty bout of malaria.
Far Cry 2 also marked the first retail game to debut DLC via Steam. At $5, the Fortune's Pack add-on brings more weapons, vehicles, and multiplayer maps to the game.

Played it for 2 hours.. when I realized that 'moving' anywhere on the map was always the exact same...
Drive Jeep, drive through checkpoint, get chased, stop, shoot mountable gun, repair, keep on driving...
Man, it got old REALLY REALLY frickin fast...
I haven't touched it in a week....
Not too inclined to even bother trying to beat it....
