i hope they dont betray the pc, like bring crysis to the xbox and ps3 just to make money :( like activision did with call of duty. i hope they realise that no console can pc in any way or means

Hopefully they fix the physics because I was playing the demo and got this:

The first time he fires those nades in the building it looked like it was destructible but the damn smoke never cleared so I wasn't sure. Anyone else know?

well its quite obvious that CryTek has been planning the move to consoles for a long long time, so their crys about PC game piracy etc where all mostly lies.

It sure as hell isnt as amazing as the first cryengine 2 videos but they are going for conoles+PC's (maybe) now so all i can say is its great for consoles and as a PC gamer all i can say is "meh".

Looks nice, but they need some more innovation in gameplay (i.e.: less cheapass aliens, far less reliance on scripted events).

At least they have the engine features part more than covered.

They are demoing the tech for other developers to use. This is awesome. If the engine is as good as they are demonstrating it's an alternative to the unreal engine that a lot of Console developers are currently using (and a few are complaining about). More competition in the middleware sector should help bring licensing prices down a bit.
