Split/Second Trailer Shows Explosive Potential

Following up on the announcement of the explosion-heavy racer Split/Second, Disney has provided a trailer to illustrate the possibilities that explosives bring to the genre.

Developed by the Pure veterans at Black Rock, the game and its unique take on the perils of reality television will hit PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in early 2010.

Are this the ingame engine of the game ? or is a prerendered made specially to look awesome for the trailer ? The water effects is really amazing...will this use Physx ? I don't think so 'cause it is a multiplatform game...

Every driver has the chance to trigger one of these things, yet it is always somebody else and always only one. Sounds very un-dynamically.

And I don't think they will get half proper water physics into this game.
