I am very glad the first one did well enough to warrant a sequel. I borrowed the first one and blazed through almost all of it in one weekend. The user content will make it endless!

(1) Pull blocks out Jenga-style (2) Throw balls to know blocks out without knocking the tower-thing over (specifically "point" blocks while avoiding penalty blocks (3) help the animals puzzles (several varieties of these also) and much more. Boom Blox is one of the best games for the Wii IMO and is one of the few that makes really good use of the motion controls. The video just caters to people need for immediate action ;) In the original, there was a couple of explode-able blocks, but certainly not every level!

From the video Boom Blox Party fixes the biggest glaring weakness of the original.... shareable and downloadable levels. That is a really cool feature - user-created content will be awesome for this game!!!

Never played the original, but this looks like fun. The only thing I can't quite figure out is if there is any real gameplay other than throw a couple blocks and everything immediately blows up which is what the trailer shows.

yay, now maybe the original will go on sale!
