Mirror's Edge Time Trial DLC Arrives Today

Electronic Arts has announced that the downloadable "Pure Time Trial Map Pack" for Mirror's Edge will be available for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners today.

Priced at $10, or 800 Microsoft Points, the download adds seven trippy maps and nine new races to DICE's first-person parkour title, promising "no guns, no cops, and no city." The premium-priced downloadable content was originally expected on January 29.

Xbox 360 owners can already purchase and download the pack from the Xbox Live Marketplace, with the PC and PlayStation 3 versions due in the coming hours.

Call me greedy but after paying $50 for this on Steam, this download pack should be free of charge in my opinion...

  It's not greedy considering the brevity of the game left many wondering where the rest was. Well here it is, but it costs extra. That's a stupid thing to do to gamers complaining your game was too short for a full price title in the first place and then charge money to give you something that really should have been part of the final product? EA has done it again. A big happy shiny FU to the EA boys for another good shafting.
