MadWorld Screenshots: Black, White and Red All Over

Platinum Games' MadWorld is getting closer to its on Wii, and we have a couple dozen screenshots for proper release preparation.

The uniquely-styled beat-em-up title is set for a March 10 release.

This will probably polarise the community but the word is is that Yasumi Matsuno (Vagrant Story, FFXII, FFT etc) was asked to come and be scenario writer for the game. I know that some people hated FFXII (I loved it for the record), but this is some absolutely excellent news, Matsuno's back in games - even if it's just in this capacity :D

I'm really not certain if I like their art style or not. Heavily stylized black and white works great for still pictures in comics, but when I've watched footage of this game, it seems like it might give me a bit of a headache watching it on a screen in motion.

Love that they're trying to do something different, but if it induces headaches then it's kinda disappointing. :-/
