Late Night Cinema: Half-Life 2 Recreated in Live-action 'Escape from City 17'
by Nick Breckon, Feb 13, 2009 7:00pm PSTA technically impressive recreation of Half-Life 2's City 17 marks the first entry to "Escape from City 17," a new series of webisodes that combines live-action footage with Half-Life 2 assets and other digital effects.
The series is directed by brothers David and Ian Purchase. Their website's down, but check out their YouTube page for more info.

Captured the atmosphere of Half-life quite well.
Pitty about the blah blah on the comms though, Half-life is action.

Felt just like the game too, I had just as much control of the action and flow, what with Play, Pause, and volume controls! Much better action than what Valve managed however...
