One of the small websites I maintain is growing and I think that it's time that we get a CMS. The problem is that the site design is relatively customized and most CMS's that I have ever worked with (IE: Drupal), it is a pain in the ass to port the CMS over to a custom design. So what is a pretty good, small, lightweight CMS that is built on PHP, will work on PostgreSQL and is fairly adaptable to a custom design? By custom design, we've got a graphic developer who built the site layout, images, graphics etc.. and it's not nearly as simple as top banner, left navigation, right content. All I'm looking for is something that I can maintain textual content on the website to start with.

On one of my setups i'm having an annoyance that consists of one the users receiving constant spam from an address that looks like its his own email address.
When looking at the email headers on those messages i see that the sending server is always a different one.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
It's only happening to one user, the others are fine.

While i enjoyed the humour and imaginitive descriptions of the universe it felt like Part 1 of a long story that remains unfinished. And dont get me wrong, i read a lot of fairly challenging books so its not like i'm not used to a 'unsatisfying' endings, it just felt out of place and unfished in this particular book. It felt you never really got the chance to understand the characters or their motivations (however mad or illogical they may be) I guess my expectations were out of sync with what the book was really about.
OR
is my audiobook faulty and i'm missing the ending? lets go to the restraunt at the end of the galaxy?
*sigh*
Go big or go home. >=D

Weekday bump because I got very little interest on the weekend
Let's have a thread where we share with each other all of the awesome online resources we have found for running or playing in our games. New ones pop up all the time but they can be hard to find.
I'll start!
Official D&D Insider Character Creator
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/insider/characterbuilder
I was talking shit about this yesterday but after several people recommended it I thought I'd give it another try. The program has a pretty shitty UI but overall I give it a big thumbs up. The end product (nice looking character sheet with awesome power cards) is more than worth it. The fact that you can easily see what powers/feats/etc are available for your character from ALL published (online and print) works is pretty awesome.
Official D&D Insider Compendium
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/insider/compendium
I only use it for searching for monsters when designing my adventures, and I'd say it's worth the cost of Insider just for this. It's awesome being able to search for "undead" and finding all of the undead monsters across all printed and online materials.
Asmor's MonsterMaker
http://www.asmor.com/programs/monstermaker/index.php
Allows you to easily create monsters and export them in authentic-looking stat blocks. It takes care of crunching the math for you using the rules from the DMG and really makes the entire process a lot easier and more fun.
Asmor's Random Treasure Generator
http://www.asmor.com/scripts/4eMagicItems/randomTreasure.php
My players and I all love random treasure. This resource makes it super easy to generate random treasure, based on the "treasure parcel" rules from the DMG.
Mad Irishman Character Sheet
http://www.mad-irishman.net/pub_dnd_4e.html
Of all the custom character sheets I have seen out there, this is the only one I have liked more than the official one. Made obsolete now that I have switched to using the Character Creator, but I still recommend this sheet to players who like to do everything with pencil and paper (which I fully respect!)
In particular, I am really interested in a program that lets you make attractive looking dungeon layouts. I have tried a lot of shitty ones and I am starting to think that nobody who makes D&D programs knows how to make a decent user friendly interface that produces an attractive final result.

Do a lot of people down there refer to the Civil War as the war of northern aggression? I've heard this before but I always figured it was a joke or an anachronism.

Haven't built a comp since 2005/2006. I'm a little out of the game.
I currently have a Amd 3700+, 2 gigs of ram, ATI X1900xtx rig. The card is failing and I want to play Empire Total War so I'm going to build a new rig. The major thing is though, due to the whole recession thing and my 360 taking up the majority of my gaming time....I don't need a super computer for gaming like I did a few years ago.
So, what are the best bang-for-your-buck components these days? If possible I'd love to keep it under $500. So what are some good options?
Also....this is kinda of a sub thread but what are the must-have PC exclusive games coming out in the next 18 months. (Just trying to gauge the value of pc gaming right now)

This time I ran over to megaton talked to some chick who was now a ghoul spent about 15 mins running backwards firing a pistol at a heard of big moles and then got blown up by a dude with a rocket launcher.
I need a mod to remove the pip boy and the stats (or maybe just auto choose them or something) because that aspect is totally boring to me. Also I pretty much hate the VATs system and the fact that you are so heavily penalized for not using it.
I think maybe I could get into it if I could curl up on my sofa and play it for a whole weekend but I bought the PC version and that would require having to re-buy on xbox and then spend a couple more hours doing the boring start bit.
Anyone else find it really hard to get into? Nothing is drawing me to play it again. I think it needed to give me some more story before it dumped me out into the world because at the moment I just don't care enough about what's going on to walk through the wasteland trying to figure out what to do.
