Fallout 3 DLC Delayed

Sorry Bethesda. You took your time in getting out patches, so I could care less about your delays. I'll wait until Christmas 2009 at the earliest before I give you any more money.

I want a DLC that allows me to kill the kids in the game, especially those obnoxious snots in Little Lamplight.

I'll wait until they offer this on a disc for the PC, just like I did with Knights of the Nine for Oblivion.
I'm not bothering with stupid Microsoft Points to buy this.

Does Operation Anchorage offer a way for you to not be dead at the end of your game if you went the good route?

FALLOUT 3 is BORING. sorry all just my 2 cents! I'm sure people will turn it into "you don't know video games then" or something else to make their opinion more valid in their own imaginations... but i just got really bored with this game!! Bioshock was very similar but kept me so much more engrossed. Even oblivion had me playing for longer than Fallout 3.

What did they use like two voice actors for Operation Anchorage? It's that same stupid voice over guy who does the voice for Ted Strayer, that dork from Little Lamplight and about another two dozen characters in Fallout 3. Really lame Bethesda because even if he was good (which he's not) you need more variety.

Operation Anchorage sucked to be honest. Like many review sites out there have stated they took the RPG aspects out and all that was left was a poor shooter. Like when you have to be a full two feet aside of a cover object (like a rock or fence) to shoot your weapon without hitting it somehow. There is no peeking over an object to shoot without being so far away that you're no longer in cover. Not fun and that right there is the biggest weakness as far as combat goes.

NOTE TO BETHESDA: Take that cash you milked with the DLC and hire some proper voice actors, facial modelers and build your own DirectX 11 game engine. We want state of the art for the next Fallout game.

I have not played OA yet, but judging by the opinions I'm hoping Bethesda listened and is using the extra time productively.

Well i am liking OA it was fun even tho i dont think it was worth 10$ but i really want the Pit DLC and Broken steel now i have to wait grr

I was going to pick up the OA DLC after I started a new Fallout 3 game, but for some reason the newest patch made the game unplayable. The first play through the when the game was first released crashed every time I went near the Jefferson Memorial, but I was able to get around that by warping inside the building. Now however it seems to crash at random and when using VATS there is long lag before the percentages show up.

Anyone else having these problems with the newest patch and fixed these problems? Any dates on a new patch?

I'm curious as to how well the first DLC is selling on the PC. I honestly have no clue how many people have the Games for Windows Live Marketplace on their radar.

That's not bad at all. I will probably pick them up when they put it in a $20-$30 expansion pack. They did that oblivion DLC.
