Burnout Paradise 'Cops and Robbers' DLC Announced

Developer Criterion has revealed that the next DLC pack for its racer Burnout Paradise will see the addition of cops and robbers-style chases.

The premium DLC, titled the "Cops and Robbers Pack," will bring the "thrills and spills of cops and robbers car chases in Paradise City." The pack is set to be released following the already-announced Party Pack, Legendary Cars, Toy Cars and Boost Specials updates.

News of the mode comes from the in-game Criterion Games Network, where exclusive screenshots of the pack can now be found.

You know what I just realized is great about Criterion? Not only are they constantly supporting all their versions with DLC, they actually made versions for all three consoles that are functionally identical.

I own a copy of the original release on the 360. However.. I'm not online with it yet, so means I missed all the DLCs.
Anyway.. I saw the <Ultimate Box> in a store yesterday, but hesitated getting it because of this DLC.

I don't mind DLCs at all. I they are a great idea (even though I can't use them yet), but still.. I'd like to have a physical copy of everything also. Will we see the ultimate box 2 then? :(

How is cops n robbers any different than marked man? One player is in a cop car, is that it? Love the game, but this doesn't sound like anything special to me.

You know, I might just have to give Paradise another try. Haven't played it since release, but the retry option and all of the DLC sure makes a convincing argument.
