New Halo Wars Trailer Examines Spartans

Microsoft has released the second entry in its Halo Wars video documentary series, which examines the various units of the forthcoming Xbox 360 real-time strategy game.

Though the final game from the now-closed Ensemble Studios won't arrive until March 3, players will be able to get an early glimpse via a downloadable demo this Thursday.

Did anyone else catch the quick glimpse of the Covenant walking down sidewalks?

That's the Earth battle I wished was in Halo 3. :(

The knee-jerk Halo/console RTS bashing on the Shack is like that weird old relative that seemed to have worked past his racism only to let loose a cringe inducing epithet illuminating his hidden hatred.

I bet the balance is horrible, they have to many hero's and super units to work with.

Despite all the hype surrounding this game, I won't have any interest at all unless it gets a PC port, or unless I can get Keyboard and Mouse use. RTS games just don't feel right at all on the console.

Maybe the demo will change my mind. PC-RTS guys, your thoughts?

For those that have played the demo, what options are there in it?

Just multiplayer? Can you play against AI in the demo, can you do co-op vs the ai in it? Would love to be able to play a few games before going online with it.
