  I have been frost since I turned 80 and do not regret it. I can tank any heroic and do about 1200-1400 dps while tanking. I never lose threat to anything I am targeting even with a 3.5k dps elemental shaman in the group and even aoe threat is rather easily controllable (until multiple adds come while my runes are on cooldown, then it becomes an issue of knowing the fight and knowing when to save certain runes to control the adds.)
