              those are only a minor improvement over the Jormungar Leg Armor which anyone can use, though. blacksmithing has a whole bunch of actual craftable gear that you can wear that would get you a lot more bang for your buck. i mean ultimately it's not going to matter much once you have real gear, but if you're gearing up, that craftable stuff is nice.
