      That's what I do when soloing.
      
      In groups:
      DnD, IT, PS, Pest, DnD
      
      Then I watch runic power for UB with Blood Boil in between with SS and BS when available.
      
      Horn of winter and Bone Shield are on annoying buff reminder, I keep both up at all times with IB if I know I'm tanking a lot early on.
