The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena Screenshots: Less Dark

Atari sends along new screenshots from The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (PC, PS3, X360), applying gamma correction on a few of them so we can actually see what is going on.

Featuring the original campaign from 2004's The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, as well as 11 hours of new content and multiplayer support, the stealth-action game from Starbreeze Studios is scheduled for a spring release.

Starbreeze Studios has yet to let me down. I thoroughly enjoyed Riddick & The Darkness. This is a release date purchase for me.

The first game was awesome. If my memory serves it came out at the same time as Doom 3 and my utter disappointment at the Doom travesty was taken away by this gem from the middle of nowhere.

The first game looked awesome and was a lot of fun so if they follow through with this title i just might pick it up. I'm not really into the mech stuff so hopefully theres more of riddick soloing/mele
