The Dawn of War 2 Steam multiplayer beta begins in exactly one week for Soulstorm owners, a fact which makes watching this space marine-centric trailer all the more froth-inducing.

The complete version of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II (PC) hits stores on February 23. The Soulstorm owner-exclusive beta begins on January 21, with the rest of us getting in on January 28.

I played a skirmish at CES 09 in the Toshiba Booth. It's amazing! I can't wait to get the Beta!

It was such a cheesy trailer theatrically, but its almost self-acknowledging quality that it is an RTS is pretty sweet. Especially the ending. Can't... wait!

Have they mentioned how they KNOW who bought SoulStorm.

There wasn't any 'product registration' at all. Especially one that would be associated with my Steam Account. Do you suppose they will just have you enter your product key in the beta application process?

Maybe it's only if you bought the game over Steam...but that's not likely since they've been saying this since before it was available that way.

  Both, retail and steam work. If you bought a boxed version, just enter the CD-KEY on Steam under the drop... : FTY
