When is it coming for PC and will it be free?

Seeing as Oblivion DLC wasn't free on PC, I wouldn't expect this to be free either.

Oblivion didn't have DLC on the PC. Shivering Isles and Knights was sold in stores only. It was DLC on the 360. Oblivion doesn't have a "Live" option on the PC. Also, from what I've heard, they are using Fallout 3 as the model for charging for PC DLC. Don't know the truth of this, but we'll see.

It did have a bunch of DLC for PC. However it was not through Live. You had to buy it from their website.

Probably not free, but they did release the mod tools, so there will be lots of community made content I'm sure.
