MC Hammer Twitters into Activision for 'Secret Project'

Too legit to quit, MC Hammer is now continuing to stir up noise following a trip to Activision, where he apparently got a look at a "secret project."

"I got one day to recover, then it's LA to Activision to get a glance of a top secret project on Monday...Cannot wait !!!" wrote Hammer in a Twitter entry, found by Destructoid.

Whatever the reason for his visit, Hammer came away impressed: "Activision was fantastic ...action!"

Hammer was possibly there in connection with one of Activision's many music-based properties, such as Guitar Hero or the upcoming DJ Hero.

A number of years ago, I was in a Fat Burger down in LA at about 5 in the morning. (I was there for CES if I remember correctly). MC Hammer walked in, wearing a giant, white fur coat and a hat like cabbies wear. He wouldn't eat anything, even after the staff was trying to give him free food, but he signed autographs and took pictures. I don't really know why he was there.

It just so happened that there was an Internet jukebox in the place, so I grabbed a buck and requested "Can't Touch This", which came on about 30 seconds later.

I've never seen anyone leave an establishment so fast.
