Resident Evil 5 Demo Due Early 2009
by Chris Faylor, Dec 17, 2008 12:48pm PSTThe downloadable Resident Evil 5 demo for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 will hit North America in "early 2009," developer and publisher Capcom tells MTV Multiplayer.
Though the Xbox 360 demo was released in Japan last week, complete with an English localization, Capcom blamed unspecified complications for the domestic delay.
The demo packs two stages, including an appearance by the axe-swinging jerkface you see above, and supports both online and offline cooperative play in addition to single-player. The full version of the survival horror action game hits retailers on March 13.
