Codename: Panzers - Cold War This February

Atari today announced it will publish the World War 2 strategy game sequel Codename: Panzers - Cold War next February.The game suffered a delay following the closure of series creator Stormregion earlier this year. InnoGlow, founded by ex-Stormregion employees, is now finishing up development.

Jesus, they aren't just inspired by Company of Heroes, they literally imitate it.

The game looks very much like Company of Heroes! Just look at the HUD. It is the same! Not much gameplay creativity. But we'll see.

The game has "Cold War" in it, obviously it doesn't take place during WW2 like the previous Codename : Panzer.

It's actually based on an alternate history setting where the cold war wasn't so cold if I remember correctly.

Is it really WW2? i see an F-86 and that would totally mean Korea... I guess "the forgotten war" lives up to its name... weird.
